~ Here is a nice brass lamp from I believe around the 1900s, I could be wrong. It is a Kosmos-Brenner and has a Rayo No. 2 glass chimney, which has one small chip on the bottom of the inside. It's nothing major. The white chimney or shade has flea biting as normal along the edge, also nothing major. The lamp itself was made into an electric lamp. I don't believe there is ever going back to the original. I believe the base was filled with something heavy, maybe concrete cement for weight. It is a beautiful lamp regardless.
